Published May 2012. Easier for general players, and is more recommended. Author's overview: (Translated) "This hack was made during the spring of 2001, when I first heard about SMB Hacking. At the time of 2001-2002, it was the peak period of modifying SMB1, and there were many new discoveries of hacking, and I was enthusiastic about it. I had a lot of enthusiasm for it, but due to personal reasons, I lost the energy to make it... or so I thought, I ran out of objects above all else, and the only way to expand the ROM was to change the mapper. If there was no choice but to expand the ROM by changing the mapper, I wondered what to do with the trainer part and, moreover, the bank switching method was difficult. Because it was difficult, I gave up and planned to leave it in the dark. However, this meant that my efforts up to now would be in vain, I managed to revise all the stages up to 4-4 to a stage where I could release it to the outside world. This work is halfway through, but this is the end of the production. Later on, I'll perhaps remake this one significantly. I'm planning to make a full version of this at a later date, with a difficulty level that's a hair below SMB2J, but since I haven't decided when yet, we hope you will be patient and settle with this. Features: -There aren't many features, but I'll mention a few. -The game has a lot of Hammer bros., nearly one on each level. This is a remnant from the early days of production. -The time remaining at the halfway point is -100 ms, which of course makes it easy to run out of time. -It may be a bit of a head scratcher. The program is designed to be as orthodox as possible. This hack may be simply designed, but it is still a very difficult one to tackle."
